ABOUT ME
I was born in 1962, I was only a boy when I started taking pictures with my first camera, a wonderful black Nikon FM 2, that I used for landscape, portrait and macro photography.
After different working experiences, I founded in 1990 my first photography studio and I became interested in wedding pictures, although in that period wedding photographers were considered “of a lower level”. I work seriously and hardly, with love and passion and I get a lot of satisfaction when I deliver the end result of my job. It’s a joy to see the smile on the faces of the bridal couple; it’s the best reward for any photographer. The research of the proper light is essential for the good result of any photo shoot: a wedding day, a portrait or a landscape. Picture means to write using the light, the light illuminates, shapes, draws, never stops, in a state of constant transformation, it is never the same; the camera and the light, the pen and the ink, the brush and the colors, essential materials to immortalise the time and, thanks to my job, I have the privilege to do it.
I like close conversations with the bridal couple, to know and plan in detail your wedding day. I believe this is the only way to realise an unforgettable shooting in collaboration with you.
I select together with you the images, it’s a pleasure to involve you in the realization of the “photography box”, that is a picture book or a traditional album. Then as “Supervisor” I choose carefully the best pictures. Also a lot of black and white or inkjet fine art printed pictures never miss in my wedding albums.

Sono nato nel 1962, ho iniziato a fotografare fin da ragazzo, la mia prima fotocamera è stata una bellissima Nikon FM 2 nera, passando dalle foto di paesaggio, ritratto, macro fotografia …
Dopo varie esperienze in ambito professionale, ho aperto il mio primo studio fotografico, era il 1990, con tanta passione e determinazione, mi sono subito interessato alla fotografia di matrimonio, era il periodo in cui i fotografi di matrimonio, erano considerati da molti “fotografi di serie B”, … Quando realizzi i tuoi lavori seriamente, con impegno e amore, in cambio ricevi sempre tanta soddisfazione.
E’ una gioia consegnare un lavoro e vedere il sorriso sul volto degli sposi, la ricompensa migliore per me!
La ricerca della “Giusta luce” è fondamentale per la buona riuscita di un servizio fotografico, sia esso un matrimonio, un ritratto o un paesaggio. Fotografia, “scrivere con la luce”, lei che illumina, plasma, disegna, lei mai ferma, in continua trasformazione, mai la stessa, la macchina e la luce, la penna e l’inchiostro, il pennello e i colori, materia indispensabile per fermare il tempo, a noi il privilegio di mostrarla.
Mi piace dare del “Tu alla coppia”, mi piace conoscerla e pianificare, nei minimi dettagli il giorno del matrimonio, cercando di entrare in sintonia con loro, solo così io credo si possa realizzare un servizio fotografico indimenticabile.
Insieme a loro condivido la scelta delle immagini, è un piacere renderli partecipi nella realizzazione del loro “Scrigno fotografico”, che sia un fotolibro o un album tradizionale, infine spetta a me il compito di “Supervisore” e dopo un’accurata selezione, inserisco solo le foto migliori, tanto bianco e nero, stampato inkjet fine art, si, non deve mai mancare in un mio album di matrimonio.
